Terms of Service

These Terms govern SweetDreams, operated by Dokod Global Business Limited, Nigeria.

1. Eligibility and parent control

The account holder must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. SweetDreams is parent/guardian controlled; children do not create separate accounts. The account holder is responsible for information entered about a child and supervising generated content.

2. AI-generated service

SweetDreams uses AI-assisted systems for personalised story text, illustrations and narration. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Parents should review content before use.

3. Plans

Planned base prices are US$7.99/month and US$69.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where offered. Storefront prices, currencies, taxes and promotions may vary. The price shown by Apple or Google at purchase controls. Trial and paid access is designed for up to one new AI story per day, subject to service availability.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled under the applicable store’s rules. Manage cancellation through Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting SweetDreams does not automatically cancel the store subscription.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments and refund eligibility are handled by the applicable app store. Where supported, SweetDreams provides purchase restoration for valid purchases.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits/security, interfere with others, or use SweetDreams unlawfully or harmfully. Keep account credentials secure.

7. Generated content and intellectual property

SweetDreams is intended for personal/family bedtime-story use. Outputs are not guaranteed unique and are not professional advice. SweetDreams branding, software and interface materials are owned by or licensed to Dokod Global Business Limited.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generation succeeds. Third-party AI, store, network and infrastructure services can fail or become unavailable.

9. Privacy and deletion

See our Privacy Policy. You can delete stories and initiate permanent account deletion in the app; see Delete Account.

10. Suspension

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or material breach of these Terms.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SweetDreams is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in a user’s country of residence.
