Delete your SweetDreams account

SweetDreams lets account holders permanently delete their account and associated SweetDreams data.

Important: Deletion is permanent. Deleting SweetDreams does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the applicable store to stop renewal.

Delete from the app

Sign in, open Settings, choose the account-deletion option, review the warning and confirm. The deletion function is designed so a signed-in user can delete only their own account.

What is deleted

The process is designed to remove the parent profile, child profiles, stories, story usage records, stored illustrations and narration files, authentication account and SweetDreams-linked subscription/customer record, except information legally required to be retained.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@sweetdreamsstories.com from the email associated with your account and request deletion. We may verify ownership first.

Delete only a story

Individual story deletion removes that story and its illustration/audio. A generation usage/cost record may remain after story-only deletion because the generation occurred and is used for service limits and operational accounting.
